NIAGARA, N.Y.– The D'Youville Women's Bowling team finished their second and final day at the Niagara Brunswick Spring Classic hosted by Niagara University with five bake format matches.

How it Happened
The Saints finished day one of the tournament ranked third out of seven teams after finishing 2-2. On the second day, D'Youville had another great showing defeating Hilbert in game one and later defeating top-ranked Niagara University 943 pins to 899. All five of the matches were baker format matches. The Saints fell to William Smith College and Mercyhurst along with competing in a blind round. After, the day was finished the Saints finished in fourth place out of seven teams.

Overall, it was a great weekend for the Saints defeating top ranked- Niagara University and Mercyhurst University. D'Youville also had three bowlers finish in the top ten with Olivia Corbett (Dunkirk, N.Y. / Dunkirk) being named to the All-Tournament team after finishing fifth overall.

The D'Youville Women's Bowling team returns March 10th for a one day dual against Roberts Wesleyan University. The match will take place in Rochester, N.Y.
