The D'Youville Leadership Academy hosted the first Dive into Diversity event for student-athletes to deepen their understanding of diversity, interact with one another, and participate in tough conversations. The night incorporated activities to highlight how individuals identify themselves, the importance of empathetic listening, and our distinct group of international student-athletes we have on our campus.

Additionally, student-athletes engaged discussions about race, inclusion, and the importance of creating an environment where they feel comfortable expressing all of their identities.
