Women's Lacrosse to Host Mercyhurst Tuesday Afternoon

BUFFALO, N.Y. – Coming towards the end of their five-game homestand to start the 2024 season. The D'Youville University women's lacrosse team will host Mercyhurst University Tuesday afternoon.

The Saints (1-2) are coming off an 18-3 loss against Slippery Rock this past Saturday. DYU was led by Sydney Gordon (Hamburg, N.Y.) with two points (1 goal, 1 assist) with Madison Handley (Lancaster, N.Y.) and Sam Newlin (Austin, Texas) added one goal each. Jillian Bernas (Cheektowaga, N.Y.) and Lauren Parker (Syracuse, N.Y.) led the team in draw controls with three each.
