Last Time Out
The Saints lost three out of four to Goldey-Beacom College last weekend. Their one win was a thrilling 7-5 comeback win on Saturday. Trailing 5-4 and down to their last out in the ninth, Billy Morris (Lancaster, N.Y.) ripped a base hit to bring in the tying run. Jeremy Glinski (Sloan, N.Y.) then came up and launched a go-ahead two-run homer to give DYU the 7-5 lead. Samuel Worthen (Guelph, Ontario) shut the door in the bottom of the ninth for his third save of the season. Morris was awarded ECC Pitcher of the Week after striking out 16 batters in two starts while only allowing four earned runs. Alex Dzimian (Lakeview, N.Y.) was named to ECC Honor Roll after going 10-for-24 on the week with four RBI, including a 3-for-4 performance on Friday.
