Women's Lacrosse Continues Homestand Saturday; Host Slippery Rock

BUFFALO, N.Y. – In the midst of their five-game homestand to start the 2024 season, the D'Youville University women's lacrosse team will face Slippery Rock University Saturday afternoon at Dobson Field.

The Saints (1-1) are coming off a 15-4 loss against Dominican University this past Sunday. Sam Newlin (Austin, Texas) and Madison Buck (Rochester, N.Y.) led the offense with two goals each. Lauren Parker (Syracuse, N.Y.) had a solid game in the starting circle, winning six draw controls. Parker also led the defensive effort with two groundballs and two caused turnovers.
