AMHERST, NY- The D'Youville University men's basketball team competed in their final game of the season against the Wildcats of Daemen University falling, 83-74.

STAT OF THE GAME

• Willie Kondrat was a force to be reckoned with for the Saints compiling a stellar 32 points, 13 rebounds, and four assists.

FIRST HALF

• The Saints took advantage of the first five minutes by taking the lead until the Wildcats found a way to get themselves back on top, 8-6.
• Going forward DAE went on a 12-2 run by the 8:50 mark, 22-10.
• There on the Saints were able to outscore the Wildcats for the remainder of the half scoring 23-20 but it wasn't enough as DAE remained in the lead to wrap things up, 42-34.

SECOND HALF

• DAE didn't let up to start things off with a 9-2 run, Kondrat tried to get things back on track for the Saints off a made layup at 14:55, 51-38.
• The biggest lead produced by the Wildcats consisted of 20 points with 8:21 remaining, 66-46.
• After their run, the Saints choose to emulate the same thing by producing an 8-0 run resulting in the deficit being cut to just 14 points, 68-54.
• The final minute of play resulted in the Saints being down by as much as 16 points which ultimately resulted in the Saints final loss of the season, 83-74.
