Buffalo, NY-Visiting Mount Aloysius stopped D'Youville 89-80 in a game in a hard fought fast paced game.

The visitors got to the free-throw line a total of 40 times, converting 31. The Spartans only got to the line 20 times, making 14.

Guard Marcus Clarke (Olean, NY/Archbishop Walsh) stayed hot in a losing effort. In yesterday's win, Clarke poured in a career-high 34 points. Today the sophomore scored a team-high 24 points.

Julian Reed (Cheektowaga, NY/Union-Endicott) continued to be presence on the floor. The Spartans' six-foot eight-inch center totaled 15 points and a game-high 15 rebounds for his second double-double of the season. The AMCC leader in blocked shots also had a game-high four put backs.

Nate Sweetman (Johnstown, NY/Johnstown) scored 12 points and has reached double-figures in three-straight games. Matt Insley (Wellsville, NY/Wellsville) added 11 points.
