Buffalo, NY-Jon Gemerek (Cheektowaga, NY/Depew) scored a game-high 16 points and Conor Gallivan (Elma, NY/Iroquois) added a season-high 13 points but the Spartans were defeated at home 65-53 by visiting Pitt-Bradford.

Oliver Prince (Toronto, ONT/Jean Varnier) grabbed a game-high 13 rebounds, but scored just nine points, ending his streak of games with a double-double at five-straight.

D'Youville outscored the visitors 36-35 in the second-half but the damage was done in the game's first twenty minutes. The Spartans made just 7 field-goals and converted one free-throw in four attempts to fall behind 30-17 at the break.

At the start of the second, the Spartans went on a 4-0 run in the first two and a half minutes to shave the deficit to seven points. That's as close as the Spartans would get.

D'Youville will face AMCC rival Pitt-Greensburg in the College Center Gym February 2nd. Tip-off is scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
