Pittsburgh, PA-The Women's soccer team tied La Roche College in a 2-2 match on Saturday. Forward Danielle Gehen (West Seneca, NY / West Seneca West) had one goal along with forward Rebecca Alvira (Buffalo, NY / Mount Mercy Academy) scoring a second goal for the Spartans. Rachel Komrek (Tarpon Springs, FL / Tarpon Springs) and Melissa LaVere (Clarence, NY / Williamsville East) each had an assist.

The Spartans are now 6-4-1 overall and 2-2-1 in their conference. The next match for the Lady Spartans is on Wednesday, October 10th at Medaille College.
