2026 Field Hockey Schedule Release

BUFFALO, N.Y. – The D'Youville University field hockey team has announced their 2026 season schedule. The Saints will play 17 games this season as well as competing for a spot in the inaugural East Coast Conference Championship. D'Youville will face seven common opponents from a year ago to go along with seven new opponents.
 
DYU will open the regular season on Sept. 7 when they welcome Maryville University to town followed by a trip at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (Sept. 12). D'Youville will return home to face Bloomsburg University (Sept. 20) before they hit the road for a four-game road trip. The Saints start their trip in the Midwest when they face John Carroll University (Sept. 23). From there, they travel up to the northeast where they take on Franklin Pierce University (Sept. 27) and Southern New Hampshire University (Sept. 28) to close out the month of September.
 
The Saints close out their four-game road trip against Mercy University (Oct. 3), the team's first conference game in program history. D'Youville will return home for a pair of conference games where they will face Molly University (Oct. 6) and Dominican University of New York (Oct. 10). DYU will then hit the road again when they face Slippery Rock University (Oct. 14) and St. Thomas Aquinas College (Oct. 17). D'Youville closes out the month of October with four games, three of which will be at home. The Saints will be at home against Roberts Wesleyan University (Oct. 20) and Mercy University (Oct. 24), on the road at Molloy University (Oct. 28), and again at home against St. Thomas Aquinas College (Oct. 31).
 
In the month of November, the Saints will close out the regular season on the road at Roberts Wesleyan University (Nov. 4) and Dominican University of New York (Nov. 7). At the conclusion of the regular season, DYU will have the opportunity to compete in the inaugural ECC Field Hockey Championships with the semifinals being on Nov. 11 and the championship game taking place on Nov. 14.
 
D'Youville is coming off a 1-12 overall record from a year ago and will be under the direction of first-year head coach, Marnie Reidell.
