HOPKINTON, N.H. – Making their way up north, the D'Youville University women's cross country team competed in the 2025 NCAA East Regional Championship.
Lilianna Peters paced the Saints once again, turning in a time of 23:15.6 in the 6k race, placing 22nd in the field of 116. With the 22nd-place finish, Peters was named USTFCCCA All-Region runner for her fine performance.
Elaina Williams was the next DYU runner to cross the finish line, coming in with a time of 24:02.0 to place 34th. Fellow teammate
Lily Schulz was close behind with a time of 24:27.4 to place 41st.
Sokhna Diagne was close behind, coming in 46th with a time of 24:44.5
As a team, the Saints placed 6th out of 16 teams, their best placing at a regional meet in program history in the Division II Era.
