Freshman Leading the Pack
Madeline O'Brien (East Amherst, N.Y.) was named ECC Rookie of the Week after ending last weekend with 50 kills, 26 digs, and four blocks. Her classmates were not far behind her as Giselle Ramirez (Miami, Fla. / School for Advanced Studies) has recorded 27 kills and seven blocks so far this season.

Mitha Hatwar (Powell, Ohio / Olentangy Liberty) and Lauren Scully (Royal Palm Beach, Fla. / Wellington) have been crucial in facilitating the Saints offense. Hatwar has 52 assists and 21 digs on the year and Scully has 37 assists and 19 digs to start the season out.
 
West Liberty Volleyball

• The Hilltoppers finished their 2022 season 21-13 overall and 10-6 in the Mountain East Conference.
• Head Coach Riley Jarrett will be entering her fourth season at West Liberty.
• Nyia Setta was named Mountain East Conference Libero of the Year in 2022.
• Junior, Riley Cudnik was a top performer for the Hilltoppers in 2022 with 252 kills. She has 52 kills in the 2023 season after five matches.

East Stroudsburg Volleyball

• The Warriors went 15-14 overall and 8-6 in the PSAC Conference for the 2022 season.
• Sophomore, Anna Coulter is currently leading the Warriors offense with 31 kills.
• Head Coach Tricia Melfy is entering her third year as Head Coach.
• This will be the first time the Warriors and Saints play.

Saint Rose Volleyball

• The Golden Knights finished 2022 13-15 overall and 4-8 in the NE10 Conference.
• Head Coach Vanessa Volpe-Rivera enters her eighth season at Saint Rose.
• Senior, Jessica Vargas is the current offensive leader of the Golden Knights with 39 kills and nine serving aces.
• This will be the Saints third time facing off with the Golden Knights in program history.

Lake Erie Volleyball

• The Storm went 3-25 overall and 1-17 in the G-MAC Conference in 2022.
• Head Coach Lee Anderson will enter his third season with the Storm.
• Senior, Dora Olah leads the Storm with 50 kills and 10 serving aces.
• This will be the second meeting between the D'Youville Saints and Lake Erie Storm.
