BUFFALO, N.Y. - The D'Youville University Women's Volleyball Team faced off with William Smith College on Wednesday night at home for an exhibition game. The match did not count towards either team's seasons.

Giselle Ramirez (Miami, Fla./School for Advanced Studies) led the Saints offense with 10 kills on the night and also thrived on defense finishing the match with a team best five blocks. Eve Musielak (Eden, N.Y./Eden), Isabelle Prentice (Bainbridge, Wash./Bainbridge), and Madeline O'Brien (East Amherst, N.Y.) followed right behind Ramirez with nine kills each.

Mitha Hatwar (Powell, Ohio/Olentangy Liberty) was once again the glue that held the offense together earning 35 assists and leading the team with three service aces. Senior, Emma Wlostowski (Alden, N.Y./Alden) rounded out the team with 25 digs between the four sets.

The Saints as a team earned 50 kills on the night compared to the Herons 46 and finished the night with a .271 hitting percentage compared to William Smith's .167.

The Saints are back to ECC play this weekend with a home game against Molloy University on Saturday, November 4th at 12:00 PM. The Saints will then host Queens College on Sunday, November 5th for Senior Day at 12:00 PM.
