BUFFALO, N.Y.- The Saints are going to be heading back on the road for their next conference matchup against the FireBirds of University of the District of Columbia on Saturday, Sept. 24 at 1 p.m. from Maryland SoccerPlex Stadium.

The FireBirds are 4-4-1 on the year with no wins in the East Coast Conference this season. In their last match they competed in conference play against the Lions of Molloy University falling to them, 2-1.
OPENING XI
I. In the Saints' last outing, they competed against Roberts Wesleyan in an ECC matchup, ultimately dropping the match 0-3.Avery Grondin scored his first goal of the season against Pitt-Johnstown.
II. Ethan Picard picked up 10 saves against the RedHawks of Roberts Wesleyan, having 54 on the season so far.
III. The Saints have one win on the seasno, sealing a 3-0 win at home against Pitt-Johnstown earlier this month. Avery Grondin scored his first of the season against the Panthers, while Felipe Santos and Felipe Pugas added a goal each.
IV. Picard has the ninth-highest save percentage in the conference at .574. The Dayton, Ohio native sits first in the conference in saves (54).
V. Santos is tied for fourth in the conference in shots (24). Arthur Da Silva sits tied for ninth with 15.

VII. Torres from UDC sits third in the conference in saves (35) and save percentage (.778).
VIII. Da Silva leads the Saints with assists, recording two on the season.
