Va. – The D'Youville men's volleyball team kept it extremely close in their Saturday afternoon matchup with Queens University of Charlotte, but the Royals ultimately came out on top taking all three sets. Ian De Wilde had a team-high 14 kills in the affair, while Jacob Malak had eight and Anthony Dean had two. Randy Adorno was credited with 25 assists and three kills.

First Set Notables

• Queens (N.C.) took the first set at 25-20.
• Adorno recorded a team-high 10 assists, while Tymek Brzoza recorded one.
• De Wilde was credited with a team-high four kills. Josh Miller and Anthony Dean each had three kills, while Malak added in one of his own.
• Adorno and Brzoza combined for the team's only block in the first set.

Second Set Notables

• Saints fell to the Royals 20-25 in the second set.
• De Wilde paced the Saints with four kills. Brzoza and Malak each had two, while Adorno had one.
