WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. - The D'Youville women's tennis team opened the spring portion of their 2021-22 season at the Village Glen Tennis Center falling 7-0 to Daemen. 

Sophomore Taylor-Anne Austin put up a good fight in her singles match. Austin dropped the first game 6-3 before being edged out in the second game, 7-5. Freshman Yuliia Kashtelian lost her singles match 6-2, 6-3, and sophomore Julia Clapper dropped her singles match, 6-3, 6-1.

In doubles play, the pair of Kashtelian and freshman Katelyn Hoover lost 6-1 as the duo of freshman Taylor Nash and Clapper were blanked 6-0.
