Williamsville, NY - The D'Youville women's tennis team finished up their 2015 season Tuesday afternoon with a loss to the Medaille Mavericks by the final score of 8-1.

Krista Cornell (Tonawanda, NY/Kenmore East) was the lone winner for the women on Wednesday. Krista played in the second singles slot, defeating her opponent 7-5, 6-0. 

Courtney Fox (Buffalo, NY/Tapestry Charter School) played as the team's top singles player, as she has done for most of the season. Natalie Douie (Harare, Zimbabwe/Chisipite Senior School), Nicole Gilforte (Tonawanda, NY/Kenmore East), Jessica Banning (Amherst, NY/Amherst), Isabella Madamba (Bitburg, Germany/Bitburg American), Hasti Dave (Etobicoke, ONT/North Albion Collegiate Institute) and Morgan Finn (Grand Island, NY/Grand Island) all also played in the final match of the season.
