Greensburg, PA – The D'Youville women's volleyball team finished their 2015 season on Saturday afternoon with a win over the host Pitt.-Greensburg Bobcats by the final score of 3-0.

D'Youville improved their conference record to 2-7 by defeating Greensburg 25-21, 25-16, 25-18 at Greensburg.

Julie Fleming (Tonawanda, NY/Mt. St. Mary's Academy) led the team in kills with 11, followed by Megan McCarthy (Eden, NY/Eden) and Kendyll Smith (Petrolia, PA/Karns City) who each had 9. Megan Schneider (Lockport, NY/Lockport) continued to dish out assists, recording 30 in the match.

Four Spartans tallied double-digit digs in the match. Megan Gawrys (Ballston Spa, NY/Ballston Spa) had a team high 16, with Schneider recording 15. Kaitlyn Grimm (Erie, PA/Iroquois) and Cortlynn Cartonia (Lancaster, NY/Lancaster) had 14 and 11. Out of the 9 players who played for D'Youville, 8 of them recorded a dig.

Fleming, Schneider and McCarthy each had 4 total blocks, while McCarthy had a team high 5 service aces. Savannah Brayton (Queensbury, NY/Queensbury) added 2 service aces and 5 digs, while Kaylee Stewart (Wilson, NY/Wilson) had 5 kills.
