September 10th, 2014 - The D'Youville Women's Tennis Team picked up their first win of the season as they defeated cross-town rival Medaille Wednesday 5-4.

Junior Courtney Fox (Buffalo, NY/Tapestry Charter School) and freshman Krista Cornell (North Tonawanda, NY/Kenmore East) were the doubles winners for the Spartans.  Junior Hannah Field (Cheektowaga, NY/Cheektowaga) won a decisive marathon match for D'Youville to help push them to victory.

The next match for the D'Youville Women's Tennis Team is Saturday, September 13th against the host Penn St.-Altoona. The match begins at 3:00pm.
