Bradford, PA-Baseball fell to 0-4 in AMCC play with a pair of losses at Pitt-Bradford.

In game one, the host Panthers rang up 10 runs in the first inning and went on to win 11-1.

Matt Wendling (Cheektowaga, NY/Maryvale) drove in the Spartans' only tally with a sacrifice fly in the third inning that scored Jordan Ianarelli (Orchard Park, NY/Orchard Park). Ianarelli singled to start the inning.

After the rocky start, Spartan pitchers settled down to allow just one run over the final five innings. Charlie Biddle (Hamburg, NY/St. Francis) allowed just one earned run and struck out three over five innings pitched. 

In the nightcap Biddle went 2-3, twice bringing home Wendling with an RBI single, in the 16-2 loss.

Next on the schedule is a non-conference doubleheader April 12 versus SUNY Canton. That twin-bill will be played at Houghton College (Houghton, NY) and the start time is 1:00 p.m.
