Buffalo, NY-The 2014 D'Youville men's volleyball season ended tonight with a three-set loss at Medaille College. Game scores were 25-19, 25-15, 25-22.

The third set is the one D'Youville had the best chance at. The Spartans raced out to an early 14-6 lead.

Evan Singer (Williamsville, NY/Williamsville South) and Steve Goedtel (Eden, NY/Eden) totaled six kills apiece. Ed Kerber (Cheektowaga, NY/Cheektowaga) recorded a match-high four blocks. 

"Our team went through a lot this season, and we're going to learn from it," stated Spartans' Head coach John Hutton after the match. "And were going to rebound from it and begin working toward next season."
