Buffalo, NY - The D'Youville Women's Crew Team battled hard against strong boats from Canisius College at the Head of the Niagara Regatta on Sunday morning.

Head Coach John Dorn was excited about the experience to compete a high level crew. "Any opportunity we have to compete against a Division I crew is always a valuable racing experience for our student athletes," he said. "Joel Furtek does a great job with his group and I was encouraged by the effort put forth by our D'Youville rowers."

The race was the women's final race for the fall season.
