Buffalo, NY- D'Youville took on Medaille College Wednesday evening but fell short 4-0. The Spartans trailed by just one at halftime but gave up three goals in the second half.

The defense played strong allowing limited shots on goal and Goalkeeper Matt Smith (Bergen, NY / Byron-Bergen) had five saves for the Spartans. 

D'Youville is back at it again on Saturday, October 19 at 5:00 p.m. when they play Franciscan University. At this game the four graduating D'Youville seniors will be honored: Matt Smith, Matt Veronica (Tonawanda, NY/Kenmore East), Sean Lauer (East Amherst, NY/Williamsville East), and Tyler Beach (Niagara, NY/Niagara-Wheatfield).
