Buffalo, NY- The Spartans gave up the first two sets to Hilbert 27-25 and 25-19 but came out strong for the third set winning 25-19. Hilbert closed out the match with a fourth set score of 25-22. Luciana Payne (Buffalo, NY / Mount St. Mary Academy) had a team high of 13 kills. Lara Svensson (Tonawanda, NY / Sweet Home) added 19 digs followed by Alyssa Dueringer (Orchard Park, NY / Orchard Park) with 17 digs.

The Spartans' record is now 3-11. Their next match is Saturday, September 29th at 1pm at Mt. Aloysius.
