Houghton, NY- After defeating SUNYIT on Saturday at the Hilbert College Invitational, the Spartans came up short against Houghton College losing 3-0. Leading the way for the Spartans were Luciana Payne (Buffalo, NY  / Mount St. Mary Academy)  with 11 kills and Natalie Rieman (West Seneca, NY / Immaculata Academy) with 22 assists and 3 service aces. The set scores were 25-21, 25-14, and 25-22.

The Women's Volleyball team is next in action on September 26th at 7:00pm in the College Center Gym against Hilbert.
