Buffalo, NY-Prior to their second match of the day, the D'Youville women's volleyball team honored the three seniors playing in their final home match: Larissa Kutzuba (Canastota, NY/Canastota), Emily McDonald (North Syracuse, NY/Liverpool), and Luciana Payne (Buffalo, NY/Mount St. Mary Academy).

In that match, visiting SUNY Canton swept the Spartans in three-straight sets. Alyssa Dueringer (Orchard Park, NY/Orchard Park) had a team-high 12 digs.

D'Youville opened the day with a 3-0 loss to AMCC opponent Franciscan Univeristy.  Kayla Deth (Cheektowaga, NY/Holy Angels Academy) had a team-high 8 kills and Larissa Kutzuba snared 11 digs.

D'Youville plays at Medaille College October 24.  Start time is 7:00 p.m.
