Williamsville, NY (10/8/10)-The D'Youville women's tennis completed the AMCC conference season with an 8-1 win over Medaille College. In just their second season of competition, the Spartans finished the conference schedule with a 7-1 record and clinched second place.

Samantha Rowen (East Amherst, NY/Williamsville East) won in first singles 6-0, 6-0 and teamed with Melissa Kanalley (Tonawanda, NY/Cardinal O'Hara) in doubles to win 8-0. The freshman is perfect on the season, going 7-0 in singles and 7-0 in doubles.
