Before D'Youville: Played six seasons of volleyball at Wellsville Secondary School where she was named Most Valuable Player in 2016, Most Improved Player in 2017, Defensive MVP in 2018, and received the Coach's Award in 2019 ... In the classroom, Ludu was a member of the National Honor Society, on the High Honor Roll all four years at Wells Secondary, and was named the Rotary Student of the Month.
Personal: Daughter of Frank and Kathleen Ludu ... Has one brother, Ryan ... majoring in excercise and sports studies/physical therapy.
Why D'Youville: "I chose D’Youville because of the small class sizes to develop personal relationships with my peers and professors and the overall campus friendliness that creates a home away from home. Academically, D’Youville has a physical therapy program to guarantee a seat in graduate school after my Bachelor’s. Athletically, the coaching staff is very ambitious and have similar goals to make us better athletes, while also succeeding in the classroom."
