2021: Featured 32 sets across 14 matches for the Saints in her freshman campaign ... Finished second on the team in kills per set (1.78), fourth in blocks per set (.19) and service aces per set (0.22), and fifth in kills (57) ... Collected a career-high seven kills on three separate occasions. 

Before D'Youville: Played six years of volleyball and three years of softball at Churchville Chili where she was named All-County three times in volleyball and was also voted the Most Improved Player ... Karelus played her club volleyball for VFX Volleyball ... In the classroom, she was named to the High Honor Roll list and received the Student Choice Award.

Personal: Daughter of Kristie and Chris Karelus ... Has two siblings, Camryn and Lucas ... Majoring in nursing.
