The first set began with a competitive exchange between D'Youville and Dominican (NY). Early on, Ty Parker (Syracuse, N.Y. / Jamesville-Dewitt)) and Ethan Robinson (Scarborough, Ontario / Neil McNeil)  provided key kills for D'Youville, with Peyton Planz (pittsburgh, Pa. / Shaler Area) assisting effectively, keeping the score close. Planz continued to be influential, contributing assists on key kills to maintain an edge over the Chargers. Despite a series of attack errors that allowed the Chargers to close the gap, D'Youville's blocking and effective finishing, particularly from Jaden Webster (Rockford, Ill. / Guilford) and Samuel Pizarro-Amaya (Seattle, Wash. / Shoreline), kept them ahead. The set concluded with D'Youville securing a 25-22 victory, with a decisive kill by Pizarro-amaya.
D'Youville battled throughout the third set, overcoming several deficits to keep the score tight. Key contributions came from Ethan Robinson, who delivered multiple crucial kills, including one at 24-23, narrowing Dominican's lead late in the set. Jaden Webster and Ty Parker also added significant points, keeping D'Youville in contention. Despite their efforts, D'Youville fell short, as the Chargers secured the set 25-23.
D'Youville began the fourth set with a narrow lead, capitalizing on a service error by the Chargers and a kill by Ty Parker, assisted by Cleveland Brown Jr. (Blacklick, OH / Licking Heights) As the set progressed, D'Youville maintained pressure through effective plays, including a kill by Ethan Robinson and a block by Samuel Pizarro-amaya and Jaden Webster. However, the Chargers responded consistently, tying the score multiple times.
As the set continued, D'Youville briefly regained momentum with key points from Parker and Skyler Tutor (St. Cloud, FL / St. Cloud). Despite their efforts, the Chargers managed to pull ahead in the closing moments, securing the set with a 25-22 score. This final set concluded the match.
