BUFFALO, N.Y. – With the regular season in the rearview, the D'Youville University women's cross country team will now have their eyes on the 2025 East Coast Conference Women's Cross Country Championship tomorrow morning.
The Saints are led by junior
Lilianna Peters and freshman
Elaina Williams, who both have had strong starts to their Saints' careers. Peters, the transfer, turned in her best 5k time at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational (19:31.5) and backed that up with her best 6k time (22:37.8) at the Highlander Invitational. Williams did the same as Peters, posting her best 5k time (19:34.7) at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational and her best 6k time (23:36.7) at the Highlander Invitational.
D'Youville will also look to
Barbara Kunz,
Andrea Marquina, and
Harper Minaker who have a turned in personal best in a 5k and 6k event this season.
The race will begin tomorrow at 11 a.m. at the Sunken Meadow State Park in Kings Park, N.Y.
