NEW ORLEANS, La. – In the week five edition of the United State Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Regional Rankings, the D'Youville University women's cross country team continues to move up, this time coming in at No. 5 for the week.
 
The Saints are coming off the Highlander Invitational, hosted by Houghton University, where the team placed seventh out of 17 institutions.
 
Lilianna Peters paced DYU with a a time of 22:37.8 in the 6k race, placing 13th out of 188 runners. Elaina Williams continues her strong freshman campaign, placing 30th with a time of 23:36.7. Both runners recieved ECC Honor Roll honors.
 
The Saints will now focus their attention to the East Coast Conference Championships on October 25th down in Kings Park, N.Y.
