WEST BABYLON – With the fall season just around the corner, the East Coast Conference has released the preseason coaches poll with the D'Youville University men's cross country team coming in sixth place.
 
The Saints received 13 points, three ahead of Staten Island who sit in seventh in the preseason pool with 10 points.
 
DYU will return three runners from last year's team in senior Sebastian Herbst, junior Henry Smith, and sophomore Aaron King. Newcomers for the 2023 season include sophomore Hassan Muktar, and freshman Jack Collins and David Southwick.
