Cresson, PA-Women's basketball finishes the regular-season with a 67-50 loss at Mount Aloysius.

Shannon Dougherty (West Seneca, NY/West Seneca West) scored a game-high 18 points and nine points apiece came from Alexis Smith (Hamburg, NY/Hamburg) and Jean-Ann Korona (Washingtonville, NY/Washingtonville).

Dougherty's stat line read 50% shooting from the floor (5-10), 50% shooting from three-point land (3-5) and five of six from the free-throw line. The Spartan guard also had six rebounds and two blocked shots.

D'Youville completes the season with their best showing to date as members of the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference. Their 9-9 record in league play is the best since joining the AMCC in 2009-10.

The Spartans are the sixth-seed for their first AMCC Tournament appearance and will play a first-round game on the road February 25 at Mount Aloysius. Start time is 7:00 p.m.
