Buffalo, NY - The four-game winning streak women's basketball carried into today's contest with Mount Aloysius came to a halt. The visiting Mounties went on an early run and never looked back defeating D'Youville in the College Center Gym 54-40.

Jean-Ann Korona (Washingtonville, NY/Washingtonville) was the top Spartan with 9 points and 12 rebounds.

D'Youville is 5-2 in AMCC play, 7-7 overall.

The Spartans will look to rebound with an AMCC showdown at Medaille College January 15 at 8:00 p.m.
