Pittsburgh, PA-The D'Youville women's basketball team hit the road for the last two games on the 2013 portion of the schedule. Today the Spartans took on three-time defending AMCC champion La Roche College and the hosts handed D'Youville an 81-37 loss.

Casey Bartels (Massapequa, NY/Massapequa) was the D'Youville top scorer with 8 points tying the season-high the guard set in the team's last game.  Freshman Jean-Ann Korona (Washingtonville, NY/Washingtonville) added 7 points and 7 rebounds.

D'Youville closes the road trip with another AMCC game tomorrow (Dec. 15) at Franciscan University. Start time in Steubenville, Ohio is scheduled for 3:00 p.m.
