Buffalo, NY (11/16/10)-In the season opener for both teams, Buffalo State used a 14-3 run to open the second and never looked back defeating D'Youville 66-56 in a non-conference game played in the College Center Gym.

D'Youville (0-1) received 16 points from Kay York (Warren, PA/Frewsburg, NY/JCC), 15 points from Kaitlyn Roland (Victor, NY/Victor) and 13 points and 10 rebounds from Holly Beats (Marilla, NY/Iroquois).

The next game for D'Youville is November 19th at Oswego State.
