D'Youville University

Shannon Wilson is currently in her second season as an assistant coach on the D'Youville women's soccer team.

After her 4 year playing career, Wilson joined the coaching staff for the 2014-15 season. Over her career, Shannon played a pivotal role on the Spartans back line for 4 years, starting 17 games her freshman and sophomore seasons. She also added 2 assists in her career. In 2010-2011, Wilson received the Most Improved, the Spartan Award in 2012-2013 and also earning Sportsmanship Player of the Year award.

As of the end of the 2014-15 season, Wilson has her name in the women's soccer record books. Shannon is fourth all time for games played (63) in program history and tied for fifth all time in games started (53). 

Shannon graduated from D'Youville with her masters in Dietetics in the spring of 2015.
