Reidell was named the new head field hockey coach in January 2026.

Reidell comes back to Buffalo after two successful seasons at Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tenn. Reidell took over a program that had won one game prior to her arrival. Coming off their best season in program history, Reidell guided her team to the South Atlantic Conference Tournament and a team record of six wins. With the on-field success, the Railsplitters had the SAC Co-Freshman of the Year along with two All-Conference selections. Reidell also coached the SAC Field Hockey Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
 
During her first season at the helm, Reidell guided her team to three wins and produced one All-South Atlantic Conference selection. Along with the successes on the field, Reidell's team was one of 13 programs nationwide to warn the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) National Academic Team Award. During the 2024 season, the team recorded the second-highest GPA among all NCAA Division II field hockey programs.
 
Before coming the head coach of the program, Reidell was named the graduate assistant coach at LMU for the 2023 season. During her time as the graduate assistant, Reidell was responsible for practice planning, travel itineraries, and recruiting for the team. Reidell earned her master in psychology.
 
As a student-athlete, Reidell played four years at Lindenwood University from 2018-2021 as a midfielder. During her senior season, Reidell served as the team captain and started in 14 of 15 games played in. Reidell was active off the field, representing her team for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and earned Scholar-Athlete recognition for three consecutive years. Reidell earned her bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies.
