A D'Youville graduate, Stworzydlak earned her bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Nutrition while enjoying one of the most decorated careers in program history. A four-time All-East Coast Conference selection, she earned First Team All-ECC honors three times as a sophomore, junior, and senior after being named to the Second Team as a freshman. She was also recognized as the ECC Goalkeeper of the Year twice, including once as a co-recipient, and was named D'Youville University's Female Athlete of the Year in 2024. In addition to her collegiate accomplishments, Stworzydlak volunteered as a summer coach with the Frontier Central School District from 2022-25, helping develop young lacrosse players, while also giving back to the community through volunteer work with People of the Night and Gliding Stars. Her leadership, championship mindset, and commitment to student-athlete development make her an invaluable member of the D'Youville women's lacrosse coaching staff.
