Was named to the CSC Academic All-District Team... Took ninth place in the 400m with a time of 1:03.57 at the ECC Indoor Championships... Placed fourth and set a new personal record in the 400m at the Brockport Multi with a time of 1:01.84... Finished third in the 4x100 and 4x400 at the ECC Outdoor Championships with times of 52.07 and 4:18.47, respectively.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022-23)
Named to the ECC All-Conference Second Team for the 400m hurdles for the outdoor season... Placed sixth and set a personal record in the 800m with a time of 2:23.59 and finished eighth in the 200m with a personal record time of 28.66 at the University at Buffalo Spring Opener... Took fourth place in the 400m hurdles with a personal record time of 1:06.92 and finished fifth in the 4x400 with a time of 4:26.20 at the ECC Outdoor Championships

Season-best 20:03.6 at the ACU Invitational (Oct. 23)...Finished first in two races for Park - ACU Invitational and Vaquero "Campy" Invitational (20:31.8, Oct. 9)...Placed 17th at the Cal Pac Championships with a time of 20:47.0 (Nov. 1)...Helped team to a third place finish at the Cal Pac Championships...Placed ninth at the OUAZ Spirit XC Invitational at 21:50.8 (Oct. 2)...Also competed in track and field.

Earned one letter in track and field at Highland..Four-year letterwinner in swimming and two-year letterwinner in soccer...Earned Jumper Most Improved senior year...State tournament qualifier in 300-meter hurdles...Finished second in the 300-meter hurdles...Swim team captain...Earned Golden Scholar all four years...All-American Award.
