SOPHOMORE YEAR (2023-24)
Selected to the ECC All-Conference First Team for the 3K for the indoor season... Finished third in the 3000m with a time of 10:46.90 at the Brockport Multi... Placed second and set a personal record in the 3000m with a time of 10:34.93 at the ECC Indoor Championships... Took home first place finishes in the 5000m at the Brockport Multi and the Hamilton College Continental Invitational.
