FRESHMAN YEAR (2023-24)
Capolupo was a standout for the Saints in her freshman season... She was named to the USTFCCA All-Region Team for the long jump and 100m... She was selected to the ECC All-Conference First Team for the long jump and the Second Team for the 60m for the indoor season... She was named to the ECC All-Conference Team for the 100m, 200m, and long jump for the outdoor season... In her first collegiate meet, she placed first in the long jump with a score of 5.52m and came in second in the 200m with a time of 26.82... At the ECC Indoor Championships, she took first place in the long jump with a score of 5.50m and came in fourth in the 60m with a time of 7.87... At the Hamilton College Continental Invitational, she placed first in the 100m with a time of 12.48 and also placed first in the long jump with a score of 5.38m and took third in the 200m with a time of 26.34... At the ECC Outdoor Championships, she was crowned an ECC champion in the 100m with a time of 12.04 and the long jump with a score of 5.62m, while also taking second place in the 200m with a time of 25.22 and third place in the 4x100 with a time of 52.07

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER
Was named Mount Saint Mary Athlete of the Year senior year... Four-time letter in track & field... 2023 indoor Catholic School States and NYPHSAA long jump champion... School record holder in the 55m dash, 4x2 relay, and long jump.
