D'Youville University

Hannah Pagano joins the D’Youville Saints as the Academic Success Coach, bringing a strong background in student support, higher education, and NCAA athletics. A former collegiate tennis player at Daemen University, Hannah understands firsthand the balance required to succeed both academically and athletically. She holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from Canisius University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Community Health Promotion from Daemen.

Hannah has held roles across student affairs, residence life, and academic support, including positions at Canisius University, BestSelf Behavioral Health, and the University at Buffalo. She has served as a mentor to student-athletes, led mental health outreach, and contributed to NCAA compliance efforts. At D’Youville, Hannah is dedicated to helping Saints student-athletes achieve academic excellence and develop the skills they need to thrive beyond the classroom.
