D'Youville University

Abby Borkowski joined the D'Youville softball program as the graduate assistant coach in 2022 after graduating in three years from St. Bonaventure with a degree in health sciences and a minor in sport studies human movement and development.

A trusted member on the Bonnies' softball team, Borkowski was named team captain for her sophomore season, was a recipient of the Ray Dee Leadership Award from the St. Bonaventure Atheltic Department in 2021, and she membered in the Student-Athlete Advisory Commitee at St. Bonaventure for three years. On the diamond, Borkowski started 48 games in the Bonnies' outfield and made 55 appearances during her three seasons. She notched her first collegiate hit against Hampton on 2/25/2019.

In the classroom, Borkowski received the Health Science Excellence in Curriculum Award in 2021 and was named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll during her three seasons in Allegheny, N.Y. At D'Youville, Borkowski is enrolled in the Doctor of Chiropractic program with a goal to become a functional medicine practitioner and specialize in functional neurology and metabolism.

 Borkowski currently resides in Buffalo, where she enjoys cooking, hiking, going to the farmer's market, and listening to podcasts.
