BUFFALO, N.Y. – The D'Youville University Athletic Department is running their second annual Battle of the Saints giving challenge throughout the month of March.
 
This month-long fundraising showdown is to support D'Youville Athletics, but more specifically, for each team. Each team will launch its own individual campaign, rallying alumni, fans, and community members to help fuel their growth and elevate their programs.
 
"Battle of the Saints unites our Saints community behind our teams, rallying support for the extras that elevate their experience and strengthen their programs," said Ona Halladay, Vice President for Athletics and Planning.
 
During the inaugural Battle of the Saints campaign last year, more than $20,000 dollars in total were raised, coming from over 200 donors. Men's soccer brought in the most donations while field hockey topped the number of donors.
 
As the Saints go head-to-head, every donation drives friendly competition, strengthens student-athlete experiences, and empowers the future of D'Youville Athletics. Join the battle, support your favorite team, and help push them to the top of the leaderboard!
