NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. – The D'Youville University Women's Bowling team finished their weekend at the Niagara University Classic after competing in five traditional matches on Saturday and five Baker format match on Sunday.

In the Saints five traditional matches on Saturday including one blind round where total pinfall was counted.  D'Youville started the day with three losses to Bryant University, Penn State Behrend, and Mercyhurst University, but found success against Merrimack College getting the 894-666 win in their final game of the day.

Megan Kapsiak (Lancaster, N.Y. / Lancaster Central) was the top finisher for the Saints placing eleventh after day one with an average game of 193.20.

The Saints then came back on Sunday for five Baker format matches. D'Youville started off on a high note defeating Daemen University 853-840. The Saints would then go on to drop their next four games to Roberts Wesleyan University, Wright State University, Niagara University, and Penn State Behrend.
