The CSFL has seen consistent growth over the last few years as D'Youville becomes the second school to join the conference since 2023 – joining Molloy University which began competing during the 2024 season.
The CSFL will feature 10 schools in 2026 including the United States Military Academy (Army West Point), Caldwell University, Chestnut Hill College, Cornell University, D'Youville, Mansfield University, Molloy University, United States Naval Academy (Navy), University of Pennsylvania and St. Thomas Aquinas College.
