It was an exciting duel for D'Youville University Women's Bowling as they defeated Roberts Wesleyan 2-1 on Friday, Oct. 15.

Taylor Just bowled her last two games with 20 clean frames, had no marks and didn't miss any pins.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

• Freshman Megan Kapsiak started off strong, scoring 211 in her first game 

• In the second and third game, Freshman, Taylor Just, played two straight games not making any marks and playing 20 clean frames

• Taylor Just hit 200 points in her second game

• Makayla Pasierb broke 200 in the first game

• Olivia Corbett hit the team high of 218 points in the third game

Susan Jeziorski, Head coach of D'Youville University Women's Bowling said, "We started off really strong and I'm really proud of the Freshman and the whole team. The second game was rough but we figured it out by the end."
