WORDS FROM THE COACH
Head Coach Abby Pearson of the Saints said, "When it comes to the group bringing more energy this performance was much improved compared to last game. We had plenty of opportunities…" She continues, "Couldn't find the back of the net, missed penalties that could have changed the trajectory of the game,, regardless, credit to Daemen for putting their chances away. We had some positive takeaways that we will continue to build on, but we still have work to do."
Finally, Pearson stated "We knew our first season with a full DII schedule would be a challenge especially being such a young team, but the potential is certainly there."
